Choose the placement#

Use Newsletter inline, the footer Newsletter block, or Email capture popup. Avoid showing several identical forms at once.

Configure a popup#

1. Add/show Email capture popup in the Overlay group.
2. Set the subheading, heading, text, optional image and dismiss text.
3. Configure Delay before popup, Show on exit intent, and Show again after (days).
4. Preview dismissal and repeat behavior in a clean browser session.
5. Connect consent and email automations in Shopify or your marketing provider.

Discount promises need configuration#

A popup does not reappear#

Dismissal and repeat behavior use browser state. Test in a fresh session and check the configured interval. Exit intent is a pointer-oriented interaction; verify the time-based experience on mobile.
