Conditional cart upsells

Create an offer#

1. Open Overlay → Cart drawer. Enable conditional upsells.
2. Add a Conditional upsell block.
3. Select the Product in cart and its Minimum quantity when a specific trigger is needed.
4. Set Minimum cart subtotal if required.
5. Optionally choose a product that excludes the offer when already in the cart.
6. Choose Product to offer and a short offer subheading. Preview the cart with matching contents.

When an offer is hidden#

• The offer product is missing or unavailable.
• The trigger quantity or subtotal condition is not met.
• The exclusion product is in the cart.
• The offer product is already in the cart.
• The product requires a selling plan.
• The same product was already used by a prior matching offer.

Variant selection#

Supported offers let customers choose an available variant. Products with more than 250 variants use a link to choose options rather than the compact selector. Verify the offered variant, price and cart contents with your catalog.
